Downtown Express

Take a ride on Friends of Cville’s Downtown Express! An electric trackless train for everyone to explore the heart of downtown Charlottesville; it offers a fun, different, and eco-friendly way for children and families to experience the Mall. 

Saturday rides run from 10am to 1pm, departing next to the fountain at Central Place. The rides are free and reservations are not required in advance!
