Privately owned surface parking lot that allows hourly public parking.  Lot requires payment through the ParkMobile parking app. The private property owner does not accept any other method of payment.  Signs are posted to this effect and warnings that you may be towed if you do not pay for parking. The parking rate is $5 per hour, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
