Faces Around Us Show
Faces appear everywhere — in people and animals, real or imagined. Sometimes we even see
facial patterns in everyday objects (pareidolia). In this group exhibition, artists explore the many
ways we recognize and create faces through fabric and stitch.
Fiber and Stitch Art Collective is a 25-member group of Central Virginia artists, based in Charlottesville, who work in a variety of textile and art quilt media. Email Fiberstitchart@gmail.com to learn more.
