We’re bringing strength to the heart of Charlottesville!
During the Tom Tom Festival, The Strength Initiative will transform a section of the Downtown Mall into a welcoming, hands-on strength experience—inviting community members, especially women, to try something new, build confidence, and feel strong in a supportive environment.
Stop by and test your strength with guided squat and grip challenges—no experience needed!
Enter the Lift It Forward Raffle for a chance to win local fitness and wellness experiences, including a DEXA body composition scan.
